His life’s mission—“Writing the Right for Modern Policing through Emotional Intelligence”—guides his work as an educator, consultant, and advocate for cultural change in policing.
Known for his use of problem-based learning and evidence-based practices, Dr. Sharples equips future criminal justice professionals with the skills to lead with integrity, think critically, and foster trust between agencies and communities.
